Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer/Automation Liasion
Job Description:
The client is looking for a developer experienced in test frameworks to support quality engineering teams in adoption and utilization of a custom functional test framework in continuous integration environment
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison between the Infrastructure/Tools Development team and QE teams – train QE to utilize the test framework, help isolate and report issues, aggregate feedback and communicate it to framework developers
• Resolve defects in test framework and supporting library code
• Propose and assist in design/development of framework features
Job Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Java, Eclipse and development in Linux environment • Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with continuous integration using Hudson/Jenkins a plus
• Familiarity with testing technologies. Experience with TestNG or jUnit, Maven
• Experience with Spring framework, relational databases, Hibernate
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in software engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• BSCS required, MSCS degree preferred
Location:- Santa Clara, CA
Availability- 6+ months
