Hello Everyone,
I've received excellent reviews from KIT List members about ProMatch, a free service from the California EDD, that has many features to help professionals with career growth, including Brown Bag sessions.
ProMatch has some openings for its orientations this Wednesday and next, 7/24 and 7/31.
Please show up on time since it's a first-come, first-served basis. Details are in the ProMatch email below.
Brown Bag Session Friday 7/26:
Active members of ProMatch can attend these talks which are put on by any current or alumni members. They present on any trending, how-to or skill-sharing topic they wish. It's a great way to test drive material and polish up those public speaking skills.
ProMatch is impressive and many of our KIT List members vouch for how the program focuses professionals on getting back into great jobs.
As members, you will network at ProMatch each week and attend targeted workshops to update and grow your job search strategy and techniques.
ProMatch is offered at no charge -- it is part of America's Job Center of California collaboration between the state's EDD Experience Unlimited program and the NOVA Workforce Investment Board.
Is there a Brown Bag in your future?
I encourage you to attend the Wednesday orientation and sign up to benefit from ProMatch's excellent array of tools, workshops, success teams, and professional career coaches and speakers to help you conduct a smarter job search. A bonus: learn how to use Linkedin more effectively -- so you find that next great job faster!
