Compensation will be competitive with market including an attractive stock option package.
Your mission
Working with the CTO, you will be responsible for all our Mobile developments and you will take care of the following:
- Conception and development of our Mobile API, SDK and core Apps on Smartphones and Tablets for the iOS and Android environments and its different implementations for our clients
- Overall Architecture Definition of our mobile developments
- Managing and training of developers based in the Silicon Valley or abroad,
- Creation and maintenance of a SDK that will be offered to 3rd party developers
- Participation to the conception of new UX as well as monitoring new technologies
You will be based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley and might have from time to time to do some trips to Europe.
Your profile
You already successfully developed several iOS apps and became a master of Objective C and Xcode in its latest versions.
You have already been using Agile and Scrum methods for several years and are comfortable working in an international team (multi-nationalities and different time zones).
You use regularly Github, Assembla or similar and the use of API/REST, JSON & XML; OAuth have no secret for you.
Some of you other experiences should include developing intuitive and effective UI as well as finding the new 'out-of-the-box' UX that will make all the difference is a big plus.
You love to work in startup mode in a small team and thrive on challenges bringing your know how at all levels of the company. You thrive as a problem solver and you are a great communicator and know how and where to hire other engineers.
You are rigorous and detail-oriented, but practical, able to prioritize and provide constructive feedback. You are independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance. You are passionate and positive and... love our mission!
As a plus, you have an interest for Visual Recognition and past experience(s) in developing UX and social media apps.
