Position: Implementation Analyst -5
Duration: 8+ Months
Pay Rate: DOE
Work location: multiple locations; Work from home option; local to San Francisco, CA or Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA or any location
Travel: 90% of the time
Preference: GCs / Citizens
Special Note:
•The contractors will be traveling to the implementation location. They will have to be there typically M-Th. Due to the hours - most of of the time they will not work on Friday. This position is about 90% travel.
Description:
•Responsible for performing the on-site installation, training, basic servicing and repair of equipment and application. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Thoroughly instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the application and hardware. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Education:
•BS degree or equivalent experience in medical system utilization, installation or training.
Experience:
•5+ years field support experience, experience in medical application installation/training, oncology drug inventory management, oncology billing/administration, pharmacy technician certification or similar.
Responsibilities
•Primary responsibility of this role is the implementation and training of oncology drug inventory management/charge capture system in medical offices
•Become expert in customization, usage, capabilities and operation of web based drug inventory management system
•Successful setup of computer hardware, electronic cabinets/locking devices
•Train office staff on proper use, best practices and workflow at the direction of project manager and/or practice administrator
•Estimate 90% travel weekly
•Promote company sales and service programs during implementation/training process
•Responsible for working with clients to determine data compliance plan during install/training process
•Provide workflow consultation to staff to help further increase operational efficiency
•Revisit of existing accounts for retraining/tech support when assigned
•Responsible for special projects as assigned by manager
Skills:
•Training and Implementation- Able to work with clinical staff including MD's, RN's, NP's, PA's, Office Administrators and billing personnel to customize a training program and work flow process around the Lynx technology being installed.
•Support Sales – Ability to increase revenue through customer influence. Understands and utilizes promotional programs and technology to meet company goals and objectives.
•Uses Complex Analysis – Uses complex analysis to break apart problems into component parts to formulate effective plans in driving the business in Lynx accounts. Anticipates obstacles and thinks through implications of a plan.
•Applies Concepts – Uses past experience, knowledge of automated technologies and historical trends to evaluate current situations.
•Writes succinctly – Writing of site notes and policies and procedures is both clear and succinct. Expresses ideas and conveys information in a minimum of words. Appropriately uses written communications.
•Anticipates conflict – Thinks ahead to anticipate potential conflicts, brings issues out into the open and attempts to resolve them amicably.
•Takes Responsibility – Takes personal responsibility for results and makes reasonable efforts to achieve objectives.
•Time Management and Organizational Skills- Ability to plan and implement a schedule that meets client needs and allows for achievement of company objectives.
Education and Characteristics
•A four-year degree is desired
•Strong technical background desired
•Clinical background desired
•Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
