Title: Business Metrics, Analytics
Duration: 9+ months with quarterly renewal
Location: San Jose, CA
Experis is looking for a Business Metrics Analytics candidate for the bay area with the following requirement:
1- BI / Metrics / Reporting Help with develop good metrics, measures, etc.
2- Build and run the reports for different programs we are driving
3- Candidate needs to have good understanding of BI systems
4- Surveys Experience performing surveys of engineers & customers to get feedback on our implementations, identify potential next areas to target
5- This person will be our liaison, Point Of Contact to various business units
6- Analysis of customer satisfaction data on an ongoing basis
7- Work with business analysts from various business unit teams to coordinate work on reporting
8- Take directions/requirements and execute on some small- scale of various business units improvement projects
Example: employee engagement initiatives (these would primarily be driven by our team, but might require partnering with others too:
9- Help with customer interviews
10- Help, provide Subject Matter Expert input to BA with BRD for executive & ease of doing business projects planned for FY13
11- Generate reports in Excel and massage/prepare existing data
