Title: QA- Database
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)

General Knowledge of Repair and RMA processes
General Technical understanding of systems architecture and underlying processes and data flows.
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

Demonstrated ability to both work independently and to collaborate/team effectively
Ability to identify risk issues affecting work progress and to recommend solutions
Resourcefulness in solving problems
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Confident - ability to act professionally and to proactively reach out to other parts of the organization and External Suppliers.
Key deliverables:
Daily/Weekly Data Loads into Oracle systems
Data review and manual error corrections of data format / syntax before uploads
Daily/Weekly data load tracking
Data quality rating in compliance to Data Requirement Specifications
Drive Data quality improvements, 100% compliance to Data Requirement Specifications, and consistent on-time delivery
Daily/Weekly communications of data load status and backlog readiness to internal and cross-functional groups
Provide regular feedback to IT and teams for DEX required improvements
Skill Requirements:
Microsoft Access (required)
Microsoft Excel (required)
Oracle Applications (required)
DEX (desirable)
Agile (desirable)
Experience:
-Maintain and update test databases and documentation. Communicate test results to implementation and development teams. Write, modify, and execute test scripts.
-College Degree or BA/BS preferred with 5+ years of related experience (or work experience equivalent)
