Rocket Lawyer seeks an experienced Salesforce.com Developer to join our Software Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on Enterprise level project implementations. Working with Software Engineers
and Project Managers team members, the successful candidate will be responsible for Rocket Lawyer SalesForce instance.
The candidate will develop and maintain Sales and Service Cloud data and processes regarding contacts, accounts, leads, cases.
As new and evolving initiatives arise, the candidate will assess the impact of these initiatives on existing CRM data and process
flows and plan the design changes needed.
Depending on the requirements, the candidate will work solely or with team members to develop, configure and/or customize
high-quality Force.com solutions to satisfy mission-critical business needs.
Desired Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience with SFDC development and administration
Quickly identifies business risks, issues and opportunities
Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and App-exchange applications
Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events
In-depth experience in CRM business processes like Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management, Case Management
Extensive experience in designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation according to application requirements
Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components & Controllers, Force.com Platform
Experience in web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, WSDL, and SOAP
Experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
Experience with use of the Salesforce.com APIs (via java, or through web services) to integrate Salesforce.com with other tools
Demonstrated experience with integration of SF with other systems (central authentication, database exports/imports, LDAP, CRM, etc.)
Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, accustomed to working in both large and small team environments
Motivated, Self-starter
Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer ideal
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
