OTM Software Professionals seeking a Business Analyst / Change Coordinator to assist IT Operations group in coordinating activities for an infrastructure maintenance project, Fortune 500 Client Company. Pay rate negotiable DOE.

**Local candidates with local experience preferred (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)**

Responsibilities include researching application history, details, and owners in our Service Desk system, and then working with support teams and Change Management to plan, communicate, document, and coordinate activities.

Requirements:
•An understanding of the terminology and support roles of a virtualized Windows/SQL server environment
•Experience working with production Change Management processes
•Willingness to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends) to engage with global team
•Strong communication skills (written/verbal) are required, as this role involves a high degree of cross-team communication
•Hands-on experience supporting Windows/SQL servers or performing software testing/QA is a plus, but not required
