• Assist product management by responding to queries about product functionality and published roadmaps.
• Interface with engineering team to respond to questions and provide clarification on product feature requirements
• Assist product management in defining product feature requirements based on inputs from customers, partners, field and market.
• Document and publish responses to frequently asked questions, and other hard to find information
• Develop expertise on eGain products and best practices
• Update product management and field about upcoming releases by working closely with engineering and project management.
Experience:
• 0-3 years of professional experience as part of Product Engineering, Professional Services or Product Management teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science required
