The IT Division provides technology services and support, enabling efficiency, simplicity and productivity for internal business partners and external customers. The IT Division provides two distinct, yet compatible functions. The IT team enables productivity and supports all employees; the organization additionally supports the company in its growth as the global leader in cloud infrastructure by developing and showcasing company products and technology. Working in tandem, these two functionalities reduce IT complexity and cost, both within our company and for its customers.
The IT Business Applications organization provides application services and support to enable our company to meet its business goals and become a "reference account" for the use of company products. The organization is divided into three distinct parts: business, customer, and product.
Job Description
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the IT Division, you will be primarily working on implementing a SAAS based Enterprise Contract Management System and integrations with other related systems. You will liaise with the SAAS vendor, IT and the relevant team members to complete project tasks.
Responsibilities
•Assists and conducts requirement workshops and other requirement-gathering sessions with various customer business units, typically on-site
•Documents and presents the results from requirement workshops and requirement-gathering sessions in a Business Requirements Document (BRD) as well as analyzes, collaborates on the design.
•Ensures business requirements, gaps, design, and testing issues are properly communicated between the vendor, implementation manager, project manager and technical team members.
•Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
•Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts
•Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff
•Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary
•Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process
Qualifications
•7+ years of hands-on Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience
•Must have experience working on implementing a Contract Management System preferably (Apttus)
•Previous experience working as an analyst on supporting IT projects
•Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Must have experience presenting to senior management
•Project Management experience highly desired
•Desired: Candidate with Business Analyst experience working for a large software company
Education
•4-year degree in Information Management, MIS, or related field
