[KITlist-Tech] Executive Briefing Center Desktop Support/AV Specialist (Santa Clara, CA)

The IT Desktop Support / AV Specialist will support internal Wind River employees globally via the telephone, remote access tools and through our ticketing system. The position requires desktop experience, including hardware builds, deployment and software installations. In addition, this person will be the primary audio video support person for the Executive Briefing Center in Santa Clara.

Major Responsibilities:

Executive Briefing Center - Telecommunications / A/V

-Coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots executive briefing center support requests.

-Provides support services to local executive briefing center attendees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop/laptop software, hardware or network services.

-Develops, documents, and maintains standard operating procedures, best practices and customer service guidelines relating to the Executive Briefing Center operations.

-Support includes setups, changes and termination of A/V, network, and telephony services.

-Will be available to assist the executive briefing center during business hours and flexible for off hours support.

Desktop/HelpDesk

-Assist with the deployment of hardware and software to the Santa Clara office.

-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on the global helpdesk.

-Setup / Troubleshoot Windows workstations and getting users up and running for the Santa Clara office and Alameda offices when stationed in Alameda.
