As Web Automation PM, you must have strong communication and presentation skills as well as technical and analytical abilities. In this role, you would be a product ambassador and advocate of enterprise applications. You would meet regularly with business owners to gather information about process pain points, provide consultation, identify ways that processes can be improved through automated solutions, and help to implement these solutions. You would collaborate with coworkers within the department (developers, user experience designers, and content managers) to help support and expand team products, solutions, and projects related to the company intranet and other internal web processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor�s degree preferred, including studies in computer science or similar technical areas.
• 3+ years developing web sites and solutions (including web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• 3+ years experience with SharePoint (including SharePoint 2010; SharePoint 2013 or SharePoint Online a plus).
• 1+ years' experience with automation technologies (like Kapow Software) is a plus.
• Experience with Business Enterprise Applications a must.
• Experience with Project Management preferred.
• Experience with Content Management software a plus.
• Familiarity with complete SDLC and general software development principles.
• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and tools (jQuery, Prototype, JSLint, etc.) is a plus.
• Java or C# .Net programming experience is a plus. Strong skills with MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, graphic applications, and portal technologies is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork ability with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and use technology resourcefully.
• Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise.
• Ability to communicate business process to technical resources.
• Ability to create complex process flow diagrams or flowcharts that demonstrate business or system process flow.
• Ability to gather requirements effectively; document requirements and confirm observations with business owners.
• Ability to perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements.
