Experis IT Professional is looking for a Technical Support Engineer with the below background.

Title: Tech Support Engineer (Level 1)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: Long Term

Technical Support Engineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products/Tools.
Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts.
Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as for internal engineers.
Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new technologies.

Required:
- Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skill (Verbal and written)
- Possess hands on experience on any of the Unix flavor(Solaris/Linux) Required.
- Networking skills- Basic internetworking knowledge.(CCNA certification will be an added advantage)
- Basic windows administration knowledge
- Prior NMS application support will be an added advantage
- Need to be flexible with work timings (24 X 7 support.
