[KITlist-Tech] Senior Software Developer (SF Bay Area, CA)

Please direct your responses to: jobs@42andpark.com

Help us build a new platform for publishers and brands in the cloud, like nothing else before. We're working in Java, JPA, MySQL, and heavy doses of AWS. Highly interactive HTML5 user interfaces, JQuery (MIN 2 YRS), AJAX, adaptive layouts, big data, eCommerce, tablets, mobile, hard problems. You'll need to be really good with Java (minimum 3 years) and designing and building large and complex databases, with experience building web based applications. Knowledge of AWS is a big plus (EC2, EB, ELB, S3, Cloudwatch, etc.).

This is a San Francisco based consulting opportunity in a startup environment with the intention of converting you to an employee at some point. Even as a consultant you have an opportunity to earn stock, and we pay competitive rates. This is initially mostly a telecommute opportunity, and we make heavy use of video chats to stay in touch. We meet periodically in our San Francisco based office.

Please send us your resume, and also tell us about one of the most interesting bits of code you've ever written, or one of the trickiest bugs you ever had to fix.

Please have a phone and computer with internet access ready for our first interview. If you pass the verbal discussion, we MAY ask you to set up a screen sharing session for about an hour. We'll pair program a small and fun project together, with you doing the driving as we write code together.

Recruiters: Please do not apply - direct candidates only. jobs@42andpark.com
Thank you.
