The CRM Technical/Functional lead will be responsible for overall CRM requirements including management and implementation of best practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with various business partners ranging from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Management and Channels. We are looking for someone with 8+ years of total IT experience and a minimum of 4 years working with Salesforce.com.
Salesforce.com working experience should include, but not be limited to: bulk data updates using data loader, setting up users roles and profiles, implement data and field level security, understand force.com platform. The Technical/Functional lead will be responsible for introducing new features to the team as well as train them. Having knowledge about "Lead to Quote" and "Quote to Cash" business process will be a plus.
Role/Responsibilities
Conduct user meetings, prepare requirements documentation, and conduct gap-fit analysis between requirements and Salesforce.com functionality.
Refine and decompose all requirements into technical and functional specifications.
Prepare an estimate of all requirements and define an implementation plan for the projects.
Prepare and conduct training sessions and provide production rollout support.
Prepare change management and business process mapping in sales/support and/or in conjunction with technology applications
Have knowledge about "Lead to Quote" and "Quote to Cash" business process
Experience in deploying integration and/or analytic applications for cloud applications
Requirements
Expert at Salesforce configuration, Visual Force pages, triggers, workflows and Apex coding
Force.com developer toolkit – Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs
Experience integrating and working with App Exchange applications
Experience in configuring/customizing user interfaces for Salesforce objects.
Oracle RDBMS experience required
Java/JSP/XML/Axis/Web Services (SOAP/REST) experience required
Experience with BI/Analytical application preferred
Experience in Data Migration, Cleansing, De-duplication etc.
Education
Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems or a Business related degree is required; MS degree is a plus
8 years relevant work experience to strongly demonstrate the following skills and knowledge: business requirements gathering and analysis, communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and group facilitation skills.
4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com understanding capabilities and design.
