• 5-8 or more years experience with technology industry projects or planning
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience in resource mapping large-scale and enterprise projects are required. Prefer experience with large internet, web based projects.
• Ability to build strong work relationship and work well with other departments and varying levels of management
• Understanding of resource planning and assignment of resources
• In-depth experience with Excel using pivot tables and other functions
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Ability to negotiate priorities across organization
• Proven track record in process definition and improvement initiatives
• Ability to independently drive projects through to completion
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Additional training and certification in project management desired
• Knowledge of and experience with planning tools a plus
