UX/UI Engineer
As a member of our development team, you will work with our product managers and Agile engineering team to develop innovative designs for industry leading features for both our shopping solution and our consumer portal.

You must be comfortable taking ownership of projects and processes, and be able to work closely with business owners to drive projects from conception to completion. You should be able to develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts and to enable rapid iterative support for evaluative research.

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in launching successful interactive web sites/applications as a key member of a user experience team
• 3+ years experience developing code in CSS/XHTML and JavaScript
• A demonstrated depth of experience in CSS development and management
• Development skills in W3C DOM methods and properties
• Some experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Interaction design and wire-framing experience preferred
• Experience with javascript frameworks like YUI or jQuery
• Ability to develop complex javascript without a framework
• Ability to be self-motivated to deliver projects on time with minimal supervision
• Quick and eager learner who stays on top of internet technologies in related space
• Passion for designing user-centric interfaces
Please be prepared to supply portfolio of CSS, JavaScript and visual design examples and up to 3 references

The "nice-to-have stuff"...
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Working knowledge of tools like git, shell/command line, apache/tomcat
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Bugzilla
