We currently have an opening for a Reliability Engineer

Job Description:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing all of the reliability related activities associated with the products designed at the different engineering facilities around the world. The candidate will build up and lead the reliability laboratory and a team of 2 technicians.
•Develop the laboratory layout.
•Procure adequate test equipment.
•Creation and execution of the product reliability development process.
•Product reliability activity planning, tracking and reporting.
•Development of reliability test plans, test fixture setup, reliability test execution, failure analysis, design revision and reliability test reporting.
•Preparing and presenting all relevant product reliability information to upper management
•Coordinating and driving root-cause investigations and reliability improvements as reliability issues arise.
•Advises and confers with design engineers in review meetings to give reliability findings and recommendations.
•Evaluate Engineering designs from a reliability perspective
•Train our Engineering staff in design for Reliability
•Work with outside labs to define and validate reliability requirements

Skills:
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multifunctional teams.
•Ability to work with global engineering teams
•Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Self motivated, self propelled and goal oriented.

Experience:
•8+ years experience in Reliability engineering
•Hands on experience with test fixture setup and accelerated component life testing (HALT/HASS)
•Experienced in working with design teams involving electromechanical, opto-mechanical designs, or Electro mechanical designs.

Education:
•Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

•International travel required.
