Xangati is looking for a senior performance management engineer to join a highly productive and creative engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to make significant individual contributions while working with highly accomplished peers.

Desired Experience:

Five or more years of significant product development experience in
• One or more of Virtualization Performance Management Backends
• One or more of vSphere, XenServer, Hyper-V, KVM environments

Required Skills:
• C/C++ and/or Java
• Multithreaded and network programming
• Linux/Unix platform and development environments

Preferred Skills
• General scripting skills (such as in Perl, Bash, PowerCLI)
• Windows platform and development environments

Professional Attributes
• Relishes technical challenges
• Fluent and sound programming skills
• Strong CS fundamentals
• Solid communication skills
• Drawn to fast-paced small work environment
• Values startup risks and rewards

Education
• Bachelor´s degree in CS; Graduate degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (from VMware, Citrix) a plus
