Position: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

You will join a fun, talented, and passionate team building the next generation of eGain Open CIH platform and products with infinite possibilities for innovation.

Qualifications:
• BS or MS degree in computer science or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Software Development with extensive programming experience in Java and J2EE. At least 2+ years of experience with design and development of highly reliable and scalable distributed web-based applications.
• Good knowledge of web technologies like JS, CSS, HTML and AJAX.
• Good working knowledge of relational databases like Oracle and MSSQL.
