Location: San Jose
Duration: 6 months+

Title: Embedded Systems developer

We are looking for a systems-level Developer to work on wireless controllers products. The candidate will work as an individual contributor, with senior responsibilities of communication with multiple stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and unit-test embedded software
* Work with multiple controllers, build image, bring-up; work at system-level
* Integration test of SW on HW platform including optimization and debugging of problems
* Liaise with other departments and stakeholders
* Team communication on new ideas and presentations to other team members;
* Perform document and code reviews to provide peer feedback

Key Requirements:
* Strong and proficient programming knowledge and experience with C/C++
* Good knowledge of embedded OS such as Linux with multi-core multithread exposure
* Good understanding of networking and packet-processing.
* Wireless experience is a must. Exp with Cavium processors is a Plus.

Other:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* B.S. or above in CS/EE/CEE
* Strong analytic and logic reasoning skills
* Good team player and capable of taking tasks from beginning to end independently
