Title: SEO: Search Engine Optimization consultant
Location: San Jose, CA
Contact: 6+ months (renewed quarterly)

Responsibilities:
Analysis, reporting, work with Site Strategists & stakeholders on search for specific site areas, content assessment, keyword research, link building, working with the Social Media team to collaborate for SEO benefit, keyword and preferred landing page management, management of keywords for company website.

What the position will be doing:
Strategic search consulting
Proactive keyword research
Search competitive analysis
Link building
Content assessment & recommendations
Site search: synonyms, best bets, boosts & blocks, and/or DG offers
Metrics
Keyword and preferred landing page management

Requirements for position:
BA or BS
Great communications skills including ability to negotiate and facilitate with different stakeholders
Understand web strategy
Understanding of web pages, html
Previous experience working at a large company
Previous SEO experience
o Keyword research
o Link building
o SEO best practices
o Competitive analysis
Metrics experience
Ability to work in Fast pace environment

Would really like candidates with:
Content management understanding and experience
Previous project management experience
Previous experience with BrightEdge
