[KITlist-Tech] Hypervisor/Kernel SR Software Engineer (Cupertino, CA)

Hypervisor/Kernel SWE
Well funded Start-up in Cupertino, CA

This position will be part of our kernel team, working on the core virtualization product. You will write kernel and hypervisor code, and low-level userland sub-systems. You will work close to the hardware/software boundary and will leverage advanced CPU and chipset features.

Qualifications
-Strong technical and problem-solving skills including ability to develop and debug software in C/C++
-Wizard level Hypervisor and/or kernel programmer
-Previous experience programming inside the guts of a Hypervisor/VMM (VMware, Xen, Hyper-V etc.) highly desirable
-Good understanding of modern computer architectures; the position involves significant low-level systems work
-Proven ability to be a productive and flexible team member in a fast-paced environment
Educational Requirements
-BS in CS or equivalent required. MS preferred. Ph.D. even better!
