Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 6+ months
Location: San Jose, CA
Description:
- Lead the Cloud and Application Service Provider Remediation (CASPR) process on behalf of Marketing.
- Evaluate application service provider requests from business partners, and recommend the disposition to executive management.
- Evaluate the portfolio of existing application service providers, and identify opportunities to consolidate and simplify. Drive process improvement and simplification.
- Work with the leadership team to build a resource strategy for the organization, and define plans to achieve the strategy.
- Help with service management, help with the organizations efforts to plan, prioritize, budget, and track expenditures against plan.
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources to support quarterly service reviews for executive IT leadership.
- Ensure a variety of reference systems are kept up to date with complete data on applications and services.
- Lead additional projects and activities as opportunities arise.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as IT Project Manager
- Strong project and portfolio management skills
- Business relationship management and facilitation skills
- Financial skills and experience
- Process improvement and process management skills
- Strategic agility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with executive management
- Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously
- Business analysis skills, with Marketing knowledge or experience a plus
