Job Description
The AeroScout Solution Engineer is a key technical contributor on the installation, implementation and integration of AeroScout's wireless based, RFID solutions. The Solution Engineer is responsible for successfully deploying and supporting Aeroscout Location solutions at customers´ sites beginning with pilots or proof of concepts through all phases of deployment to post-installation technical support.

Based in: US – West Coast, Midwest, location flexible
Travel: Up to 75% in US and Latin America

Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of hands–on experience as a Support/Solution/Field/Sales Engineer including enterprise software installations
- Demonstrated experience in:
- IP networks and routers configurations
- Wireless LAN
- Hands on experience installing, configuration and testing software and hardware.
- Experience in Location systems – Cisco 2700 LBS/WCS, General TDOA and/or RSSI a plus
- Consulting experience a plus.
Attributes:
- Ability to interact with customers to identify requirements and implementation the solution to meet their requirements.
- Ability to technically troubleshoot software and/or hardware to isolate a problem and resolve it.
- Team player with good communication skills, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work through technical challenges

Education
- BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- MCSE and CCNE certifications a plus.
