PRIMARY PURPOSE: CPU core RTL Design Lead

Provide technical expertise, leadership, and direction to a RTL design and integration team for next generation CPU core designs, microprocessors and other complex components. Assist with project definition and scheduling; drive team to meet project milestones/metrics. Interface with architects and logic design, verification, DFT/ATPG, and physical design team members. Develop effective working relationships across a multi-site organization. Participate in discussions and problem solving on other technical topics outside of logical integration.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Technical leadership and/or management of a team of RTL/implementation engineers. Implement build environments, integration of standalone block/IP level to Core and SoC level functionality, and design/implementation additional IP/glue logic (as required). Understand a broad range of the various technical aspects of the entire project. Participate in post-silicon bringup/debug.
