Title: IT Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable every quarter)
Skills and Experience
- 8-10 overall experience with 3-5 experience as an IT analyst in a large organization
- Experience working in cross functional initiatives within complex enterprise environments
- Solid communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with databases (Oracle) & data analysis a must. Hands on experience in writing SQL queries
- Understanding Marketing automation business processes and systems is highly desirable
- Previous experience with Unica Campaign & eMessage is highly desirable
Role:
- Perform analysis of marketing systems and processes
- Gather business requirements, create functional specifications documents and interact with business & IT teams
- Perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions for addressing gaps
- Work with technical team to translate functional specifications to technical design documents
- Create test plans, test cases and assist with Testing & QA
- Transfer knowledge to test and production support teams
