Sr. Application Engineer
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Develop new and innovative multiplatform software applications, APIs and tools for Intelleflex's RFID reader products.
 Maintain uniform cross-platform, multi language architecture in design and implementation.
 Participate in architecture studies and engage end-customers to learn requirements and help them deploy our products.
 Participate in entire software life cycle including requirements definition, design, implementation, integration, final testing, and documentation, following the Intelleflex software development life cycle.
 Lead design reviews for assigned components and participate in other design reviews.
Skills/Requirements
• Expertise in C# (.NET) required. Experience in one or more additional languages; Java, C, or C++.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design methodologies required.
• Experience with mobile device platforms.
• Proficiency with full-lifecycle experience on production-level software development.
• Experience working with wireless or network devices, and ability to design to industry protocols and standards.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
• Experience working with Linux, GNU, C/C++.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field and 5+ years of experience.
