looking for a SQL Server ETL Developer who is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the company*s next generation Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) processes and programs.

Skills and Required Experience
* Must have 5-7 years of application development experience
* Must have prior experience with ETL processes and tools
* Must be able to identify and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to address requirements
* Must be able to develop data/metadata models and technical specifications
* Must have excellent software design and documentation skills
* Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
* Must have excellent organization skills
* Must be able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business units and management
* Must be able to work on multiple projects/tasks concurrently
* Must have at least 3-5 years of SQL 2005/2008 development experience (Transact-SQL, Stored Procedures)
* Must have C# or VB .Net experience
* Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
* Must be able to create/modify database design artifacts like ERD, Data dictionary, etc.
* Experience with writing complex queries and developing stored procedures in SQL Server environment
* Experience with analyzing query/stored procedure performance and fixing the performance issues as necessary
* Good understanding of Work flow based processes and systems.
* Experience in multi-developer/multi-site environment a plus
* Experienced in successfully delivering high profile technology efforts within a highly pressured environment.
