Title: Web Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)

MARCOM Plus Project Manager.
Candidate should be an experienced professional and will manage long-term and short-term initiatives. Candidate should possess outstanding organizational, follow up, prioritization, and communications skills. This position requires a proven ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, across all levels of the organization

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Ability to understand web visitors tasks and web needs to ensure the best web experience
- Understand stakeholders, their tasks and web needs
- Experience communicating and interacting with an offshore (India) team of developers
- Experienced with adhering to a Corporate Style Guide
- Ability to bring insight, knowledge, best practices and feedback to discuss Web strategy
- Understand the capabilities of what can be accomplished with web 2.0 standard tools
- Ability to project manage multiple web activities at once
- Have a proven ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders internationally, across all levels of the organization

Job Activities & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholder on web strategy and integration plans, including an upcoming site redesign, and updates to enhance messaging on site
- Participate in project planning and coordination of web projects
- Work with design and content/editing resources to develop page mock-ups to hand off to web developer
- Perform QA testing both before and after key launch deliverables are deployed
- Obtain and analyze web metrics to create presentations for measurement of programs
- Follow best practices for web user experience to ensure good user experience
- Ensure appropriate/current Web Components are being used
- Train developers as necessary with rollout of new components, grids, and templates
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and site search best practices
- Reinforce web best practices, processes and procedures
- Ensure appropriate/current Web Components are being used

Required:

- BA/BS degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in web marketing and/or Project Management
- Be a true self-starter, conscientious and proactive, with the ambition and vigor to integrate in a fast-moving and successful organization
- The Candidate should require little instructions on day-to-day, general instructions on new assignments.

Title: Web Offer Execution Manager
Location: San Jose, Ca
Contract: 6+month (renewed quarterly)

Its a resource who can manage a tool which the client uses for placing offers/banners.
Oversees Web offer execution schedule
Provide visibility into unused impression groups
Interface with GDC for scheduling
Work with Test and Target(TnT) admin on set up
Oversees marketing offer boxing of site pages and process
Monitors and provides reporting for Web offers
Provides cross-program Web offer insight to GDC client management and planning team
Oversight of offer tool in sharepoint
Interface for Web reporting with Spotfire
Analyze results and reporting roll up
Execution of Web offers in conjunction with GDC along with execution of corresponding landing page
Provides always-on program project management for offer execution
Ensure spotfire reporting is working correctly
Responsible for successful Q/A of the offer in TnT
