Atleast 5 years of experience working as a QA engineer in a system software background
Should have extensive understanding and experience testing System software including Filesystems , Storage systems , operating systems , clustered systems in a Virtualized and non-virtualized environments using base Unix operating system
Should have written automated tests for automation of tests for configuration , functional and stress tests .
Should have good debugging , test analysis and test reporting skills
Should be a good team player and should be able to work with cross functional teams and closely with development teams
Should have good programming skills using Perl , Python and Unix shell .
Bachelors degree in engineering preferable

**************SUSTAINING ENGINEERING POSITION*************************
Atleast 5 years of software development , debugging and testing experience .
Should have extensive knowledge of operating systems , storage systems , file systems , backup and restore software
Should have extensive debugging and analytical skills in debugging operating systems in the application kernel software
Should have deep dive understanding of Inter process communucation , threading and networking (TCP) architectures .
Preferably used dbx , gdb , kdb and similar debuggers
SHould be able to work with cross functional teams and should have strong interpersonal skills
Prefer a Bachelors degree in engineering
