The Senior Project Manager manages activities and people associated with a consulting project from requirements definition through implementation. This includes the operational and administrative activities of the project virtual team including planning, evaluating, implementing, communicating and client training.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver production solutions to business users with agreed SDL (Specification and Description Language) and high quality
• Produce project initiation and project plan documentation
• Set strategy and direction to enhance consulting efficiency
• Assist in sales consulting in estimates and proposals
• Work with Clients, Partners, Products and Support in a) recording issues (CRs) and b) setting issue prioritization
• Manage a diversified team, which includes on-site consultants and off-shore consultants
• Multi-tasking several projects. Manage life-cycle development

Experience / Skills required:

• Bachelor´s Degree in a technical discipline preferred
• Four or more years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent
• Be willing & able to travel domestically
• Strong Verbal and written communication
• Demonstrates ability to communicate using the written word. Writes clear, concise, well thought out material
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize
• Monitors deliverables on a daily basis, identifies critical paths and obstacles
• Accurately determines timelines and identifies needed information
• Customer management
• Proactively communicates changes to project schedules
• Familiar with full project lifecycle process
