Title: User Interaction Design
Duration: 9+ months with quarterly renewal (2 days onsite & 3 days remote)
Location: San Jose, CA

Description:
We are looking for mid-level portlet interaction designers with Enterprise, portal and social web experience strongly desired. This involves with lots of interaction, collaboration and working on the next-generation socially-enabled corporate intranet.
Must have solid interaction design and excellent communication skills
Required:
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- 5+ years or total IT experience with at least 3 years in Interaction Design
- This is a self-starter, proactive role:
- Must be an extraordinary communicator, confident in speaking to user-designed solutions, and technical enough to make designs better through collaboration with Developers.
- Must be able to visualize at a very tight level through mock-ups, prototyping, wireframes and through ´appropriate´ visualization that meets the stage of development (hands-on)
- Demonstrate skills & knowledge of the following technologies and their benefits/uses for interactive & front-end development (JS, AJAX, Flash, HTML).
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in InDesign and Omni graffle a huge plus
- Social Media a huge plus
