We are looking for a Software/SaaS Product Marketing Manager for an ongoing contractor role within the services organization of a global high technology leader. The Product Marketing manager needs to have a strong background in SaaS product marketing with excellent skills in messaging and positioning products. The ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. Role entails working with Product Management, outbound marketing, field sales organizations and other stakeholders to create positioning documents and sales tools to accelerate adoption of new SaaS/service solutions in B2B markets.

This is a 40 hour per week role onsite in at the client's offices in RTP, NC or Austin, TX or Dallas, TX, as a w-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. (There is flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.) This is an ongoing contract opportunity, with quarterly contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market and highlights the value to customers

• Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to customers and the sales team

• Develop sales tools and marketing collateral, such as white papers, presentations, case studies and ROI calculators

• Support sales efforts with customers and partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product marketing experience with enterprise software and/or service products for enterprise markets

• Very strong written communication skills

• Ability to collect requirements, size effort and deliver on schedule

• Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, peers in cross-functional teams, and third parties.

• BS degree

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate changes, configuration and processes within the human resources information systems. This role will support leveraging technology solutions to meet the needs of human resources and users of human resource information systems and processes. This position will provide ongoing technical expertise and consultation on new functionality, system upgrades, configuration and testing efforts, and reporting and analytics. This role will ensure a high level of data and process integrity in the day to day use of Workday, facilitate end user training, and provide effective and efficient customer service to internal Workday users both in the US and globally. The HRIS Analyst will partner with IT and external vendors to solve technical problems and manage and prioritize ongoing task list as well as work on continual process improvement with the HRIS team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Workday Project Responsibilities:

Serve as subject matter expert and act as a key resource of HR Systems projects including Workday system upgrade processes, deployment of new functionality, partnering with HR functional areas on system related process work, and major system implementation or integration project work.

Lead small to medium projects by driving activities such as project planning, business requirements gathering, business process mapping, system architecture, process analysis, developing process documentation for configuration, suggesting and maintaining project documentation standards.

Responsible for system configuration and build work. Consult with functional users to identify best practice and strategy in configuration.

Drive all aspects of project testing including development of testing strategy and test scripts, secure and coordinate testing resources, compile metrics and documentation of testing issues and completion, and issue resolution.

Drive deployment plan and timeline. Ensure all necessary parties are updated of project status and when additional oversight is required.

Partner with other team members to review training and change management needs with all projects. Facilitate system training and communication as needed.

Works with vendor resources as needed.

Work with HRIS Manager to research and resource opportunities to extend and optimize Workday usage.

Workday Systems Support Administration

Drive data integrity within Workday and between systems; develop audit, research and resolution processes. Ensures data follows compliance needs and governs data mapping.

Identify efficiencies through automation in the areas of business processes, integrations, and data loads.

Provide high level of analytical support on ad hoc projects or requests.

Handle reporting strategy work and ad hoc reporting requests.

Enhance metrics and dashboard build and usage.

Perform bulk data loads to Workday using EIBs as needed.

Oversee daily administration of Workday to include best practice of system setup; oversee correction work and needed action, and drive consistent practice.

Provide new user training to Workday and administrative processing for particular HR users, including report writing training.

Maintain Workday standard integrations and provide basic integration troubleshooting.

Handle escalated helpdesk and day to day issue resolution; ensure delivery of high quality customer service to end users; utilize ticket maintenance tool and work with HRIS Manager to resolve high level production issues.

Identify trends or root cause behaviors for frequently occurring audit issues or integrations errors.

Act as a Named Support Contact with Workday and handle Workday support communication for HR functional areas and issues.

Be cross-trained on other HR systems to provide backup administration duties as needed.

Process Improvement:

Work to achieve continual process improvement mindset within HRIS.

Establishment of best practice, audit and review processes.

Build relationships with global HR teams and cross department personnel.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related area.

5+ years of experience in HRIS, preferably in Workday. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Prior experience working with other HR systems preferred (ATS, LMS)

Experience in creating moderate to complex HRIS reports

Must be experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint); In Excel, must have ability to create pivot tables, vlookups)

Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities; with strong data analysis acumen and focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Solid understanding of overall HR functional areas and HR business processes, as well as interdependencies with Payroll, IT and Finance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be a self-starter, independent, proactive, team player

Ability to manage change effectively

Ability to quickly learn concepts and understand process configuration in a system

Interest in or knowledge with project management methodologies

Solutions Architect – Automotive - EMEA

The Solutions Architect (SA) performs the role of business development, sales enablement, and customer interface within the Automotive Solutions Business focused on EMEA. Together with the Account Teams and Project Managers, the SA is responsible for customer vision match and initial solutions architecture of Automotive solutions. The SA has both customer facing sales skills and Automotive specific technical skills and is considered an internal company expert in enabling Automotive business in EMEA. Definition of the Solution Architect Role

- Possess or attain a clear understanding of the architectures, technical trends and discontinuities in the markets

- Formulation of the overall solution strategy for the Automotive vertical (in conjunction with engineering technical leads)

- Close working relationship with and support of Project and Program Managers to ensure vision match with the customer while setting technical expectation

- Close working relationship with and support of engineering and product management leadership in defining standard solutions

- Clear communication of the technical vision across technology and support groups within Wind River including sales, customer support and Automotive services delivery

Business Focus

- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Directors to define appropriate business models and solution frameworks.

- Be a primary customer interface for technical and business vision match with customer for Automotive opportunities in EMEA

- Develop thorough understanding of Automotive market place and Wind River solution capabilities.

- Independently formulate direction given contradictory requirements and demonstrate outstanding decision making skills and judgment.

- Engages with Services Directors, sales staff and Project Managers to qualify Services opportunities, identify requirements, perform architecture tradeoff analysis, define architecture, determine project feasibility, prepare project description, help support presentation of proposal to customer.

- Supports Project Managers and Services Director in completing review of high level estimates and formal project proposals and has primary responsibility for sections emphasizing overall solution and vision match.

- Establishes technical credibility and assists in sale of architecture, and proposed features to customer

- Provides ongoing support and executes multiple strategic deals per quarter

General Requirements:

- 4-year technical degree, advanced degree preferred

- Minimum 10 years relevant engineering experience (Automotive) with prior sales experience

- Prior working knowledge and experience with existing customers

- Excellent written and oral skills; strong presentation skills

- Outstanding decision making skills and judgment

- Ability to accomplish objectives when provided only vague requirements

- Can be depended upon to meet goals, foresee and avert problems, and prevent inconsistencies

- Requires minimal supervision, if any

- Prior experience in a "customer facing" role

- Proven track record of sales, architecture management and customer facing integration of complex systems

- Must be a hands-on type of person with the initiative to dive in and do whatever is necessary to get the task completed.

- Proven ability to technically mentor and educate junior staff.

- Proven ability to effectively communicate and discuss complex technical concepts and tradeoffs to various levels of customer management, from VP level to program managers and individual contributors.

- Proven ability to multitask and provide technical leadership on a number of concurrent programs.

Wind River Systems has a great opportunity for a Facilities Engineer. The primary responsibility of the Facilities Engineer is to provide overall support to the facilities team and ensure proper maintenance of the Wind River campus. T

his is a contract to hire opportunity.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Provide superior customer service

•Performing preventative maintenance tasks

•Process work orders

•Conduct facility property inspections

•Monitoring operation and maintaining refrigeration, water cooling, air conditioning equipment, boilers, heaters, ventilating and hot water equipment, pumps, valves, piping, filters, backup generators, and other mechanical and electrical equipment

•Installing and repairing plumbing, piping, valves, filters, hot waters systems and associated controls

•Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical controls

•Installing and rebuilding pumps and motors

•Oversee and monitor the operation of HVAC, heat, electrical, elevators, and emergency backup systems

•Maintain on-call status, 24 hours daily, for immediate action pertaining to critical system failure, property damage, liability or security breaches

•Report all potential liability situations to Facility Manager

•Report all equipment failures to Facility Manager

•Work closely with Facilities Manager on Security, Safety, and Cost Control issues

•Perform additional duties as directed



Requirements

•3+ years' experience in facilities maintenance

•Knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations

•Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

•CFC License preferred

•Fire life safety certificate preferred

•Must be a team player with the ability to multi task

•Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
