The Role
We're looking for a passionate, creative marketing professional to take on the role of Americas Field Marketing Manager for Media Entertainment (M&E) software. In this role, you'll be responsible for defining, developing, and executing marketing programs to grow sales of 3ds Max, Maya, Flame and much more in the film, games, and advertising industries in North America.
You will collaborate with our product marketing, campaign development, marketing operations, and channel marketing teams to deliver marketing programs to find new customers and help us keep and grow the ones we already have.
You will work closely with the Americas Sales team to ensure your plans support their goals and report back on how your marketing programs are working to drive sales. In addition, you will partner with the Latin American Field Marketing and Sales teams to share best practices and align with their local, cross-industry marketing programs.
Your demand generation experience, out-of-the-box thinking with an attention to detail, and relentless drive for results will be critical to your success in this role.
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a Field Marketing plan to acquire new M&E customers, retain existing customers, and win back non-transacting customers
• Build "trusted partner" relationships with the North America Sales team and help them achieve their sales goals
• Measure and report on every aspect of your marketing programs and continually strive to improve the results

• Working with internal teams and channel partners. All Field Marketing programs and results are clearly communicated to stakeholders. Being a member of a global Field Marketing team you will be working with peers from the UK, Germany, Korea, Japan Australia, and emerging markets like Brazil.
• Reporting results and metrics. You will manage marketing spend, tracking and reporting, and provide input on quarterly business reviews.

• Agency/vendor management experience
