Program Manager needed for excellent long term project for client company. Client is stable, public and growing.

Local candidates with Local Experience preferred due to in person interviewing.

Responsibilities:

Program Manager needed as a subject matter expert in the area of scalability, security, and content delivery networks for web-based properties for customer services. Developing programs and activities that contribute to the operational excellence of large scale web properties/sites.

Required Experience:

- Development of 24x7 web operations support processes across multiple regional groups

- Experience with and understanding of global and regional specific considerations for large scale web properties e.g. European Requirements, China Firewall, etc.

- Capacity planning and Management in support of high volume web properties

- Optimization of web property performance to enhance user experience

- Knowledge and experience in content delivery networks (e.g., Akamai) for large web scale properties

- Improving existing infrastructure and alarming

- Implementation of web testing methods and strategies

- Security technologies, processes, and concepts including web-based fraud methods and denial of service patterns.

- Directing web property reliability, availability and performance

- Emerging web technologies e.g. mobile optimization, optimized asset delivery, etc.
