We are looking for a IT Security Engineer for a contractor or full time time role with one of our elite client in IT Services industry. The IT Security Engineer will be responsible for working with customers to design and deliver specific security solutions based on customer's needs and environment. This is a very exciting and challenging position for anyone interested in application level security products.
This is a permanent job but our client is open to contracting if desired. Willing to sponsor H1 Visa.
Responsibilities:
Plan, customize and deploy security products in customer environments
Develop security policies as needed to suit client requirements and security practices
Monitor and fix issues as they arise
This role involves development, configuration management and administration
Travel to customer sites as and when needed
Develop customer relationships and grow the business
Requirements:
8+ years experience in systems administration, network administration and / or security.
Experience in security suite products such as Siteminder, IdentityMinder, AuthMinder, RiskMinder, GovernanceMinder
Experience in following technologies : LDAP, PKI, SSL, JNDI, etc.
Should have experience in delivering IT projects, including requirements analysis, defining architecture, and conducting detailed technical design, development, and lead solution delivery
Should have experience in carrying out application integration with the IAM solution
Must have hands-on in developing security components using Java/J2EE, REST, SOAP web services
Experience in API Management and security products such as CA layer7, IBM Datapower, Apigee, Vordel, WSO2 will be an advantage.
Knowledge of federation (SAML, OpenID, WS FED, OAuth)
Good knowledge of web technologies and associated infrastructures
Excellent communication skills written/oral a must
Willing to travel to customer sites as needed - expect 50-70% travel
