We have an immediate need for Technical Lead Architect position with following skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Lead and primary developer of the tool supporting the Architecture Process, including analysis, maintenance and development
Arrange meetings, take minutes and manage action plans
Facilitate meetings to reach agreement on direction and potential solutions
Create requirements documents describing system changes needed
Develop test plans and perform system testing
Create presentations illustrating project proposals and status
Metrics collection, analysis and reporting (remove the blue part)
Maintain up to date websites and WIKIs for Architecture teams
Evaluate and plan further system upgrades
Skills Required:
Technical: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Oracle 9i /10g, Scripting
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proven ability to effectively document system requirements and test plans
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
Excellent Problem Solving skills
Strong X-functional collaboration
Experienced Relationship Builder
Experience using Web 2.0 technologies (i.e. blogs, wikis, social networking, etc.)
Basic knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Architecture
Knowledge Helpful to the Role:
Technical: JAVA. STRUCTS, JNI, JDBC (DB adaptors)
Troux user experience
Troux developer experience
