CPP, Inc. – the exclusive publisher of the Myers-Briggs® and other leading personality, career, and organizational development assessments – is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support our Lawson ERP application and the internal business users.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for:
• Lawson ERP Development and Administration
• Business Process Modeling - Partner with business teams such as Accounting, Operations and IT to thoroughly extract and document business and systems requirements for all ERP projects.
• Training - Develop training materials and deliver training to internal customers on the proper use of ERP applications in order to maximize efficiency while capitalizing on existing capabilities.
• Project Management - Coordinate the efforts regarding the scope, roles, tasks, timeline and issue resolution of all projects under their purview
• Maintenance - Advise CPP IS staff on the installation of patches and upgrades in advance of release. Test patches and upgrades prior to their release on production systems.
And you will have:
• Minimum 5 years experience supporting small to large ERP applications in a production environment. Comprehensive understanding of the interaction between modules and various ERP interfaces.
• Minimum 5 years programming modules and reports in the Lawson ERP application.
• Knowledge of common best practice financial, accounting, and operational practices. Hands-on experience with month-end close processes preferred.
• Proven ability to design, define, and adhere to customer support processes.
• BA in Computer Science is preferred.
• Prior experience developing and delivering training on use of ERP applications.
