Responsibilities Include
* Developing Customer Relationships and Strong Rapport
* Performing in-house based phone support & on-site remediation
* Supporting existing and new deployments
* Ongoing technical support
* Experience working with Microsoft core desktop & server platforms (Windows, AD, Exchange, SQL)
* Experience with Citrix or VMware is required
Strong communication skills
Travel within Bay area
