Create Intelligent Systems to Detect Explosives (and more!)
ENGINEERING – SOFTWARE, SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL, RESEARCH

Morpho Detection is looking for bright minds with experience in software, systems, and electrical engineering. Work on our new line of 3D X-ray computed tomography (CT) systems for use in detecting illicit items, including explosives and weapons, in airline baggage and cargo. We are looking for new and experienced engineers in several areas. We particularly value familiarity with product development processes, six sigma, applied research, medical imaging, and image processing.

Electrical Engineer
Be part of the team that develops high rate data acquisition systems (DAS) in a high-speed CT system. Conceive and develop electronics that are the core of our automated detection hardware.
• Digital design expertise
• Strong background in programming with C, VHDL, and Verilog
• Hands-on, system-level hardware integration experience

Research Scientist/Software Engineer
Be part of the team that researches, designs, and implements image processing algorithms to search for illicit items in airline baggage and cargo. Conduct research using state-of-the-art 3D CT systems.
• Image processing expertise
• Strong C++ programming skills
• Scientific research background
• Linux experience desirable

Research Scientist/Systems Engineer
Design and implement advanced CT reconstruction algorithms. Optimize, test, and deliver software implementation of new algorithms in C++. Collect and process experimental data. Devise improved performance metrics based on customer requirements. Direct research and development projects.
• Software development using C++, Linux desirable
• CT image processing, Fourier Analysis, Signal Processing.
• Additional Programming in Matlab and Python
