Job Description:
As an EDM Services Sr. Business Process Analyst/Business Systems Analyst for the client –
The consultant will –
•Assist in the definition and execution of key components of the vision for Enterprise data management, including the overall design, structure, management & administration of Master Data.
•Help facilitate optimal usage of enterprise data by transforming it into reliable, relevant, actionable information that promotes revenue growth opportunities.
•Lead or proactively implement, in collaboration with other groups, the resolution of data issues and their root cause in order to support increased productivity and efficiencies across the enterprise.
•Participate in the Data Stewardship process to address data issues and their root cause.
•Provide consulting and expertise to support Business Intelligence and the IT organization.
•The EDM Services Sr. Business Process Analyst or Business Systems Analyst:
Performs routine reviews, maintenance, and analysis on Customer Master enterprise data
•Performs data profiling on master data
•Reviews and manages duplicate customer master data
•Analyzes flagged records and/or matches
•Performs Mass Updates on data identified for change
•Responds to requests to analyze, and/or correct data issues or perform data scrubs or updates
•Participate as part of a team to create and update the survivability business rules (merge guidelines) in the Autodesk Customer Master
•Assists in planning, designing, and implementing solutions for automating existing manual processes
•Develop policy and business process requirements in conjunction with project change
•Suggests or lead process and / or system improvements / enhancements. Anticipate potential problems and proactively improves processes in order to prevent or eliminate them.
•Performs root cause analysis on data issues as necessary and assists in determining appropriate action
•Document new process or changes to process. Provides training and communications of new projects/processes to internal and external customers and/or partners.
•Partners with Business Leads to ensure process and policy changes are documented, communicated, understood by all relevant stakeholders and executed through to completion.
•Follows and adheres to Client policies regarding privacy, security and sharing of customer information
•Interfaces with various functional groups, project teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to project success
•Evangelizes and ensures adherence to enterprise data management guidelines cross functionally
•Participate in EIS projects as needed as SME

Required Skills:
•Understanding and Experience of Master Data Management
•Previous Data Profiling experience on Master Data and Data Issue Resolution
•Expert in MS Excel
•Strong Analytical Skills, especially Data Analysis Experience
•Experience writing and executing Test Plans
•Process Development, Documentation
•Experience using MS SharePoint
•Strong Organization, Execution and Leadership Skills
•Experience working with Relational Databases
•Experience planning and executing functional and acceptance test cases
•Understanding of Hierarchical Data
•Strong Communication and Presentation Skills:
•Ability to Persuade and Negotiate (especially in large project team)
•Track and Publish Analysis results to technical and non-technical audience
•Training Facilitation Skills
•Ability to Create MS PowerPoint Slides
•Experience presenting to all levels in the organization including Senior Management
•Understand and explain complex concepts
•Root-cause Analysis skills
•Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
•Ability to work in global work environment with cross functional teams
•5 to 8 years of related Business Experience

Preferred Skills:

•Experience working with Oracle Universal Customer Master (UCM)
•Ability to write/modify SQL queries
•Oracle PL/SQL and/or MS SQL Server experience
•Knowledge of Global Postal Formats
•Project Management Experience
•Ability to write Macros using VBA (good to have)
•Previous Trillium experience
