Job Description
As a Sr Mixed-signal/RF IC Design Engineer, you will be key in supporting Company´s RF/analog development. You will be responsible for the design & layout of Company´s next generation mixed-signal and RF products. As a member of the Mixed-Signal / RF IC design group, you will be involved in all phases of product development including definition, design, layout, debugging, characterization, & manufacturing release.
Job responsibilities for this position include:
Design &layout of mixed-signal & RF circuits
Understand & analyze system level design requirements
Support device bring-up
Develop verification plans for design work
Job Requirements
Proficiency with Cadence design & layout tools
Hands-on exp in the lab with mixed-signals silicon evaluation, debugging, characterization, & bring up
Understanding of device physics and fabrication technology/processing is desirable
Exp in layout of analog & mixed-signal designs
Scripting & software skills in one or several of the following language is a plus: Matlab, C#, Python
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
Good communication & technical reporting skills, both written & oral
High level of self-motivation and drive
3+ yrs professional expin analog/mixed-signals or RF design
BSEE, MSEE, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
