Description: Develop high-quality technical documentation that enables external and internal customers to easily understand how to use Accellion's service offerings. Drive, develop and maintain documentation infrastructure and tools and develop Wiki templates and documentation plans. Develop initial product documentation and enhance existing documentation for Accellion's portfolio of products and migrate to Wiki. Superb writing and interpersonal communication skills are key.

Responsibilities:
• Develop technical content for Accellion products including install guides, administration guides, overview guides, training guides, performance tuning guides, online help, reference material, release notes, etc.
• Drive and maintain documentation infrastructure and tools; develop Wiki templates and documentation plans.
• Develop a product task analysis to generate a comprehensive plan for future documentation deliverables.
• Gather information directly from software developers and the support team to write complete and user friendly manuals.
• Maintain and enhance product documentation for ongoing product releases.
• Analyze existing documentation to identify missing and inconsistent content.
• Install and use the product to better understand the technical issues that need to be documented.
•Develop user training programs and course materials.

Qualifications:
• Experience planning, designing and writing technical documentation including software requirements, functional specifications, user guides, administrator guides, API references, training programs, technical white papers, or online help systems.
• Proficient in the use of Wiki tools to migrate and develop product documentation.
• Experience architecting scalable Wiki namespaces and page linking layouts
• Experience managing documentation schedules, reviews, and approval processes.
•Able to understand the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Information architecture knowledge to migrate documentation and develop new documentation.
• A good understanding of programming concepts.
• Familiar with documenting functional requirements with use cases.
• Familiar with documenting software interaction workflow
• Expert skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Excellent composition and grammar skills.
• Educational or practical experience in Java, Perl, Shell Scripting a plus
• Able to provide writing samples.


Education/Experience:
• 8+ years experience developing technical documentation for software
• BS/BA degree required in English, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or other related degree

Position Description:

Working with an emerging leader in online Health and Wellness "Software as a Service" (SaaS) offerings, qualified candidates will serve in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity to manage all technical aspects of making our clients successful with our products. Responsibilities:
• Serve as technical lead for the Account Executive Team to plan and execute activities directed at the development of new business and the maintenance of existing business.
• Lead the client on-boarding process.
• Serve as a single technical point of contact providing leadership to help solve client problems in relation to our technology and solutions.
• Manage client satisfaction and expectations.
• Listen to clients' needs and provide input to Product Management and Delivery Team.

Our Client, a multibillion dollar software provider of business and financial management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses is seeking a Principle Data Scientist within their Business Intelligence Group.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Principal Scientist -Data Mining will be part of the Applied Data Sciences team. He or she will apply data mining techniques to create actionable insights from a broad range of structured and unstructured data that is also growing rapidly in scale. The data include: user clickstreams, sales transactions, perception and attitudinal surveys, usage studies, market research, demographic and firmographic information, product usage, customer support interactions and wide range of user-entered and user-contributed content. The data may be quantitative or qualitative and the recommended business actions should lead to measurable improvement in business outcomes, end-to-end customer experience and financial metrics.

• As a member of a central organization, help shape and drive the strategy for data mining and analytics that supports our rich and diverse portfolio of businesses and enables us to continue to accelerate revenue growth over the next several years. The challenges include where and how we use data mining; what tools and technologies we should deploy; and much more.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product design, and customer support to understand their key challenges and drive improvements into their respective functions.

• Apply world-class applied data mining techniques to build models to optimize decisions across the entire range of the product lifecycle including product design and development, customer acquisition, customer experience, up sell and cross sell, and customer support. Build scalable and reusable data mining solutions and capabilities that support traditional marketing and commerce web-sites, Software as a Service product offerings and an increasing portfolio of support, service, and community web-sites.

• Act as an industry thought leader to continue to build up awareness of the company as an innovative analytics practitioner web in the broader web business community. This will involve speaking at industry events, sharing best-practices with other companies, building working relationships with key analytic experts, firms, and consultants, and more.

• Act as a core member of the Applied Data Sciences Team and help drive and resolve broader team and business issues around our general state of analytics excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Outstanding demonstrated business acumen - The candidate must be able to function and lead effectively in multi-disciplinary teams that include business and technical contributors. In particular, the candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses and action oriented outcomes.

• Deep mastery of data mining-Candidate must have a deep mastery of a wide range of data mining techniques, tools, and methodologies with a demonstrated capability to apply them to a broad range of business problems and data sources. Data mining techniques include: clustering, classification, regression, decision trees, neural nets, support vector machines, genetic algorithms, anomaly detection, association rules, sequential pattern discovery, and text mining. This individual will need to demonstrate the highest level of analytic capability, and must have a proven track record in making analysis actionable to improve business outcomes. Hands-on expertise in using one or more data mining and statistical packages such as SAS, S-PLUS and R is required.

• Data proficiency - The candidate must be comfortable working with large data, and be proficient in extracting relevant data from relational and non-relational databases.

• Strong algorithmic and programming skills-The candidate must have the skills to design and program new data mining algorithms as necessary, including, in some cases, large scale implementations using Map Reduce/Hadoop.

• M.S. degree in an appropriate technology field (computer science, statistics, econometrics, operations research). Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field is a plus.

Our Client, a multibillion dollar software provider of business and financial management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses is seeking a Master Data Services Architect within their Business Intelligence Group.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Master Data Services Architect reports directly into the Chief Technologist for Data & Analytics and will own all aspects of systems architecture to support master data services, reference services, and other real-time data/analytics services for the company. The goal is to use data as a strategic advantage to delight our customers in their shop, buy, and user experiences. The data includes quantitative data (clickstream, transactions, demographic, product usage), qualitative data (surveys and usability study results), unstructured data (problem description in English for customer support) as well as data from enterprise applications like ERP and CRM systems. The responsibility will include design, development, and support of our real-time data services using all our data assets. This individual will be responsible for building a world-class capability in all of these areas over a multi-year horizon. Key responsibilities and challenges for this position include:

• Define the architecture for the master data management systems mastering the key entities within the company to be delivered with real-time services for in-product use. Similarly define for reference data. Guide the implementation of these services.

• Define the architecture for real time data services serving analytic profiles for in-product use. Guide the implementation of these services.

• Ensure scalability and robustness of these real-time data services to support tens of millions of customers using our online web and mobile products for consumers and small businesses. Align the level of data consistency required across products and globally distributed data centers to be commensurate with application-specific needs.

• Leverage new data infrastructure like Hadoop, NOSQL databases like Cassandra, and Newer SQL technologies like VoltDB and SQLFire as needed to design optimal architectures.

• Act as an industry thought leader to continue to build up awareness of the company as a front-runner for data-driven products. This will involve speaking at industry events, sharing best-practices with other companies, building working relationships with key data experts, firms, and consultants, and more. .

• Act as a core member of the central data and analytics team and help drive and resolve broader team and business issues around our general state of customer experience data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ten or more years of data architecture experience. Candidate must have demonstrated an ability to diagnose a company´s needs in real-time data services and build an enterprise-class capability to meet those needs.

• Deep knowledge of relational database architectures, modeling and data integration

• Five years experience with databases larger than 10TB, with transaction rates of thousands per second and business critical availability.

• Five years experience with designing and building data services at large scale with transaction rates and availability as above

• Five years experience coding in SQL and Java as well as using JBoss, WebLogic, memcached, Apache Webserver, Application Servers and related technologies

• Some experience with Oracle and MySQL required

• Knowledge of SDLC (including build and smoke test tools) is required

• Some experience with big data architectures such as MPP, Hadoop, and NOSQL would be a strong advantage

• Broad mastery of data architecture - Candidate must have a mastery of a wide range of data architectures beyond data services including data warehouse, real-time database for personalization, master data management (MDM), customer data integration (CDI), unstructured data and metadata in order to best define the appropriate data architecture that will address our unique business and product analytic needs. Candidate must have demonstrated an ability to diagnose a company´s needs in these areas and build an enterprise-class capability to meet those needs.

• Proven leadership and influence skills - This individual will be driving a fundamental transformation in the way a $4B+ company uses data to drive business results. This will require changing mindset and behavior in business unit teams that do not report directly into this role. The candidate must have demonstrated not only an ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports, but also the ability to drive change across a broader organization through influence.

• B.S./B.A. degree in an Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or other technical fields. Higher level degree is strongly preferred.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Applies deep expertise in designing, building, and maintaining logical data models and data structures associated with relational and non-relational databases, data warehouses, and other data stores for specific projects

- Establishes the connections and relationships within highly complex data sets necessary to create data structures in support of critical business objectives

- Engages with business leaders and senior management to understand critical business requirements and identify ways that the data infrastructure can best support or optimize business growth

- Consultatively advises Product Management, Marketing Management, and other business stakeholders on significant and unique data challenges, including how best to identify and acquire specific, targeted data to categorize, cleanse, and format in support of current and future critical data analysis activities

- Guides and supports Data Engineers in the extraction, transfer, and loading (ETL) of raw or pre-processed data into databases or data warehouses in preparation for analysis, mining, modeling, or archiving

- Builds reporting systems with operational metrics for strategic management of a business

- Works with Data Security/Privacy Specialists to establish and enforce access rules, where required

- Evaluates software and tools for applicability and fit to the organization
QUALIFICATIONS

- 14+ years hands-on data architecture and design experience.

- Deep mastery of Data Warehousing – Candidate must have a mastery of a wide range of data warehouse technologies including ETL, data modeling, and reporting/OLAP, and capacity planning.

- Proven implementation skills – We expect the ideal candidate to have 10 years of experience in end to end data warehousing implementations and at least 3 projects with 10TB+ data volume.

- Broad understanding of multiple technologies – These include DBMS (Oracle, SQL Server), ETL (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator), Reporting (Business Objects), performance tuning for high-end hardware and storage (HP), OS (Linux, Windows). Experience dealing with 10TB+ data sets.

- At least 10 years of dimensional modeling experience and two or more implementations of data warehouse projects with raw data volume greater than 10TB.

- Extensive experience providing technical leadership to teams
- Deep knowledge in Finance and Marketing domains

• Experience with Oracle eBusiness ERP, Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM

Overall job description:
This position is for an individual contributor whose primary responsibility will be to liaison with the research team to transition, rewrite, debug, & optimize algorithms designed for high performance computing & to design, development & deliver new cloud services to company customers. In additional to performing the primary development activities listed above, the candidate may be responsible for general bug fixing, enhancements, test suite development, user support & participation in all other activities defined in the company's product development process & as requested by their manager.

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Intellectual ownership & specific responsibility related to the transition, debug & optimization of core algorithms developed by the research team for deployment in the company service cloud.

3. Design, development, integration, testing & maintenance of specific service & monitoring interfaces & functionality for all components associated with the core algorithms & automation framework.
4. Adherence to & active participation in the continuous development & improvement of all engineering team quality policies and processes

Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on our next generation imaging platforms. This engineer will have broad skills that span from high level software architecture development to getting down and dirty with the compiler on various different heterogeneous machine architectures.

Responsibilities
You will be able to apply your expertise to optimize advanced imaging/video algorithms in our camera pipeline across the full range of mobile software operating systems & embedded hardware. You will be working in a heterogeneous processing environment taking advantage of the full computing potential offered by CPU's, GPU's, DSP, and ISP co-processors. Ultimately, you will be part of the team to deliver high-quality production software to Smartphone OEMs. You will work closely with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team of engineers. This is the job for you if you're interested in an individual contributor role having a direct hand in building the next generation computational photography pipeline.

Requirements
PhD/MS CS, EE or equivalent
12+ years developing &/or leading complex software projects
Hands-on development skills
Led or worked in a team developing imaging software
Exp optimizing software at both the algorithmic level and software implementation
Expertise with digital cameras, camera processing pipelines and image quality fundamentals and metrics
Solid programming skills in compiled languages (C/C++/Objective-C), scripting languages (Python, Perl, Matlab), and specialized languages (CUDA, OpenCL, OpenGL)
Exp working in a heterogeneous compute environment with Intel or ARM CPUs, DSP's, GPU's, and ISP co-processors
Comfortable working at any level of abstraction from high level design on a desktop to low level tuning on an embedded processor
A history of delivering production-quality software
Desirable
Direct definition and implementation of Camera and Imaging APIs
Experience shipping an Smartphone or Smartphone component through qualification and mass production
Search Criteria: worked @ major valley player. Computer architecture, compiler optimization, software design skills, knows good code and how to produce it, optimized code for at least two of CPU/SIMD, GPU, DSP, and ISP. Worked on an imaging pipeline and/or APIs directly. Tech lead or mgmt experience but has a desire for individual contributor. Shipped an imaging product.
