We are looking for an experienced candidate with 4+ years of experience in diverse technologies with particular emphasis on linux operating system expertise and hypervisor concepts. Must be strong technically and be able to excel within a fast-paced, deliverables oriented environment. Project is still in initial definition phase, so candidate should be able to contribute in designing the entire system.
Required Skills:
Experience with server/X86 and Familiar with C, C++ and assembly programming
Solid understanding of linux operating system is required
Experience with networking technology (L2-L4) is required
Strong understanding of Hypervisor concepts and I/O emulation is a plus
Familiarity with KVM, XEN hypervisors is a plus
General operating systems software expertise
Needs to fundamentally understand interactions between driver/OS/hardware
Experience in a complete product lifecycle is a plus
Proficient in generating and documenting engineering specifications
BSCS/BSCE degree with more than 4 years of experience is required.
