[KITlist-Tech] Lead Flex UI Engineer (Santa Clara, CA)

Hello -

If you are a hotshot Flex / ActionScript programmer, this role is for you. My client is a hot startup backed by a Tier-1 VC and they have a stellar team of engineers ... but no UI guy. You´d be involved in architectural decisions and be in position to build the product as well as your team.

Lead Flex UI Engineer

Key Objectives

Develop and maintain easy-to-use, high performance, and scalable Flex-based UI for managing, configuring, and monitoring our product
Work with User Experience Team to design and develop user interface.
Evaluate emerging UI development technologies and recommend technical approaches to improve productivity, code reuse, and time-to-market.

Required Technical Skills

Experience in building scalable Flex-based UI applications from the ground up
Proficient in Flex and ActionScript programming
Strong Object-oriented programming background
Demonstrated ability to identify and take opportunities for code re-use
Capable of marrying technical abilities to business needs
Experience in working with systems level software products in one of the following areas, or other related areas: Networking, Virtualization, Clustering, Operating Systems, High-Availability, etc.
