Job Title: Transducer Group/Lead Engineer

Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider of high quality audio transducers and loudspeaker systems for automotive, consumer and professional audio applications. They are seeking to add adding highly talented transducer & systems engineers to their team in China.
The Transducer Group Lead Engineer is responsible to lead a group of transducer engineers for developing specific product ranges of high quality loudspeaker drivers from concept through to production for some of the worlds leading high end brands, which include the renowned Vifa and Peerless transducers.
The managing transducer engineer must understand the specific requirements of the transducer design. A central objective is to achieve long term customer loyalty through exceptional product develop and to ensure a long-term business relationship by being efficient, technically competent and responsive.
The managing transducer engineer will exhibit excellent working knowledge of driver design with system design a benefit. They will also have significant working experience with the introduction of new loudspeaker products to production.
Specific Duties include:
Design and specification of transducers
Problem solving and product trouble shooting
Manage the development of transducer designs with inter-disciplinary team work approach
Project related task management of supporting engineers
Interface between company and customers
Experience in an automotive OEM supplier preferred
Familiarity with automotive OEM PPAP and validation testing requirements
Fluent in English
Fluency in Mandarin not a requirement, but would be a benefit.
Required Skills:
Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Acoustics or extensive high level experience
5 or more years of transducer design and development experience
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English (Mandarin is not required however would be a benefit.)
Excellent management skills ensuring teamwork in a dynamic project environment.
