What you'll be doing …
As our Web-Based Systems Administrator, you will have ownership of some of Tableau's core business solutions. We leverage multiple enterprise class solutions and are building out a team to leverage these tools as we continue rapid global growth. In this role, you will focus on our NetSuite ERP and eCommerce implementations, as well as our quoting, project management and various business system solutions. Some of the things you'll be doing include …

 Deploy and manage advanced NetSuite modules such as OneWorld, Revenue Recognition and Advanced Billing.
 Manage Tableau's quoting solution and its integration with NetSuite and Salesforce.com, and develop proficiency with critical third-party integration solutions like CastIron.
 Manage change control process with team of administrators.

What you'll be doing …
As Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will work with Tableau's largest server customers to proactively help them with post-sales installation, configuration and set up tasks. You will be triaging and resolving highly complex technical and application related issues that impact product performance in customer-specific environments or issues that directly hamper customer adoption. In addition to working with customers, you'll routinely partner with Tableau Development and Sales Engineering to resolve support issues, document bugs, provide UAT on product builds, ensure that new and newly upgraded server installations are successful. &#61483; Collaborate and consult with select server and core server clients to implement successful server launches and resolve highly complex technical issues associated with deployment.
&#61483; Partner with clients and help them optimize the way they use client software

&#61483; Collaborate with User Support, Escalation Engineering and Sales Consultants to identify high priority server issues and partner with Development and Quality Engineering teams when required.

Wind River Systems has a great opportunity for a Senior Engineer in our Technical Support team to work with Wind River Simics, a full system simulator used by developers to simulate the target hardware of everything from a single processor to large, complex and connected electronic systems. The candidate we are seeking will have a background in embedded software, firmware and hardware. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess a strong desire and ability to work with customers to provide best practice advice and resolve complex technical problems.

Please note: this is not an IT/System Admin/Help desk role. Nor is it a Product Development role, however strong programming skills are required.

Duties:

•Provide technical customer support on Wind River Simics and other Wind River products.
•Communicate proactively and effectively with customers at all levels of management to resolve technical problems
•Work with account teams on customer issues
•Document customer issues and resolutions accurately and thoroughly
•Develop technical content for online support site
•Participate in support process improvement activities

Requirements:

•Programming skills in C/C+, DML, Python required.
•Understanding of drivers, firmware, BSP's required.
•Comfortable with the UNIX and Windows development environment, source code control.
•Experience with working in Virtual environment preferred, including model creation, debugging and troubleshooting using embedded system tools.
•Understanding of hardware bring-up of 32/ 64 bit processors including dual/ multi core processors and ability to read and understand programmer's reference manuals for hardware devices a must. Understanding of digital systems and how various components operate and interact with each other (examples are CPU, memory, UARTs, DMA controllers, Ethernet, USB etc.)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills

Position Description
The Senior Sales Engineer (SE) assists in technical pre-sales activities, including needs assessment, product functionality discussions and on-site evaluations. The SE qualifies opportunities by refining customer requirements such that they align with the sales strategy and address competitive offerings. The SE resolves and/or escalates any technical issues arising during the sales engagement. The SE assists the Sales Management Team in developing and executing the sales strategy to meet revenue goals and win strategic initiatives.

About the Job:

Create, document, implement and maintain test scripts for a SaaS browser based platform and integrated services with a deep integration into SAP Financials.
Perform manual testing of new features that assures initial release quality and then design and implement test scripts and/or automation as needed for regression testing.

What you'll be doing …

Your Role
As a young company, we need team members who can do anything and do it exceptionally well. If you are a highly motivated and dynamic individual who wants to work on highly visible, critical products in the emerging Smart Meter market, then this engineering position is for you: Build / Release Engineer role on a team of smart, ambitious, and fun people involved in the development of advanced policy-based networking software for wireless networks.

The person in this role will report to the Release Engineering Manager and apply their extensive experience managing software source code, change control, configuration management, and product build and deployment processes for a next generation wireless networking infrastructure solution.

The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and on small project teams, and must excel in an energetic and fast paced start-up environment. Your responsibilities will include build procedure design, documentation, build process implementation, quality testing, and production support.

Qualifications:
*Familiarity with all phases of the software development life cycle
*Strong experience in the implementation and maintenance of complex version control systems (CVS or SVN preferred)
*Proficiency with GNU tools and shell/perl scripting, including GNU AutoConf, AutoMake, and LibTool
*Experience with Debian, RPM, Portage, and other Linux distribution packaging systems
*Strong Linux/Unix system administration and configuration skills
*Programming and debug skills in C/C++ in Linux/Unix environments
*Strong experience architecting tools to run and monitor periodic and on-demand build and deployment systems across multiple development branches in multiple environments
*Ability to recommend best practices for ongoing parallel development, branching, merging, and common library management
*Ability to drive the creation of a highly automated and effective build and regression test infrastructure
*Ability to effectively work with engineering to ensure on-time product delivery
*Ability to perform system analysis and report build statistics
*Ability to provide after hours support
*Results oriented and product focused with excellent attention to detail and quality
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Experience working on cross-functional teams using agile software development methods

Experience/knowledge in the following areas is highly desirable::
*Understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack
*Building and testing C/C++ applications in Linux/Unix environments
*Internet-working and Security protocols
*Wireless networking protocols
*Linux Test Project or other Linux distribution test systems
*Automated unit test frameworks
Requires a BSEE/CS combined with 5+ yrs related experience, or an MSEE/CS combined with 3+ years related experience

Position Description
The Senior Consulting Architect (SCA) assists in technical pre-sales activities, including needs assessment, design review, building test criteria, product functionality discussions and on-site evaluations, proof of concept (POC's). The SCA qualifies the technical side of the opportunities by refining customer requirements such that they align with the sales strategy and address competitive offerings. The SCA resolves and/or escalates any technical issues arising during the sales engagement. The SCA assists the Sales Management Team in developing and executing the sales strategy to meet revenue goals and win strategic initiatives. He/she also takes the lead in designing and successfully deploying POC's including written test criteria, design review, implementation support and documenting results.

Skills Required
•Effective written, oral and presentation skills
•Ability to engage customers in a technical consultant relationship
•Ability to develop strong relationships with all customer-facing teams
•Fully understand and communicate features and benefits of the products
•Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems architecture and selling significance
•Ability to provide consultant-level support to address customer needs of the evaluation

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major, or equivalent experience
•5+ years of proven technical sales in enterprise accounts
•Up to 75% traveled required, including international
