Perl developer with Clearcase
Participate (in a senior role) on a project team of engineers involved in development of software configuration management (SCM) software tools for internal development engineers.
Requires use of a strong background in SW design, tools development, Clearcase administration, documentation and implementation, on projects that may include any of the following list of responsibilities:
* Work with the project lead on the creation and testing of SW tools releases, including building the software
* coordinating with other departments, and participating in scheduling (from conception to testing).
Requires experience in Unix/Linux/Win32 administration, OO Perl, Shell, ClearCase, CVS, web doc/layout/cgi, tool support (email/ phone) of engineers, etc... with a strong background in Clearcase and SCM tooling and Perl programming skill.
Must Haves:
* OO Perl development experience
* Clearcase admin experience
* Unix/Linux admin experience
* Tool development experience
Location: San Jose
Duration: 6 months
