Mid Level Business Analyst needed for 3 + month project at a good/stable/public company.
Local Candidate with Local experience preferred.
Experience needed:
Someone who has worked on large to medium scale projects. Knowledge of Web 2.0 tools, Also Experience with "Ideation" or "Brightidea" is Required. Looking for an Analyst that can play the role of both a BA / minor PM.

Core Job Responsibilities
-Understand application development life cycle
-Must be able to write detailed and accurate business requirement which includes: transforming vision into requirements, documenting current state, desired future state, conducting gap analysis, flowcharts, user requirements, system requirements, reporting requirements, use cases, narratives, etc.
-Identify Opportunities for Improvement (e.g., optimization, proactively, innovation)
-Interviewing stakeholders and key contributors for detailed requirements definitions
-Conducting necessary external and internal research
-Determine user needs by partnering with usability team and driving the needed user research.
-Be able to articulate needs and requirements to development team as they transform them to functional specifications
-Partnering with development team on requirements review and reaching consensus on solutions.
-Ability to work with Information Architects as they come up with user interactions and flows.
-Set the analysis schedule and ensure timely deliverable
-Drive the QA and UAT process (includes writing test cases, process for testing, and tracking bugs)
-Manage Cases (e.g., application and service support, issue resolution)
-Perform end user training and creating faq´s and help docs
-Must have the ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions utilizing
-Setting up the production support process
-Ability to interact with application in troubleshooting issues
-Subject Matter Expert (SME) on application.
Technical Skills:
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio and
HTML
